FBE-Supported EU Project DEUCE – Invitation to Final Conference (19–20 February 2026)

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to inform you that the Federation of European Bars (FBE) is actively supporting EU-funded projects aimed at the digitalisation of justice. One of these initiatives, the DEUCE project, is of particular relevance to legal practice, as it focuses on the enforcement of foreign judgments through a dedicated IT platform.

We are pleased to share with you the attached DEUCE project newsletter and kindly invite your Bar members to participate in the DEUCE Final Conference, which will be organised in a hybrid format in Brussels on 19–20 February and will also be accessible online via Microsoft Teams.

Please find below the relevant links, which may be circulated among your members:

In addition, we are pleased to inform you that the FBE will organise a dedicated webinar on 23 February at 17:00 CET, addressed to lawyers from our member Bars. During this webinar, we will discuss the practical aspects of enforcing foreign judgments, the main challenges encountered in cross-border enforcement, and the opportunities offered by the new IT platform developed within the DEUCE project.

Yours sincerely,
