2nd Advanced Mediation Training – Mediating Emotive and Complex Cases, Family Business Mediation

This training will be conducted by two expert trainers, Thierry Garby and Jane Gunn, who will share during two days their experience as mediators with the participants and fully explore the refinement of the profession.

4th Business Law Forum: Corporate Governance – The Role of Directors in a New Environment

This Forum is organised in cooperation with the UIA’s corporate, M&A, banking, litigation and financial services commissions. It will provide a comprehensive overview of practical situations in which corporate governance principles and best practices - together with consideration of decision-making expectations liabilities and risks - may be critical to value the creation, the protection, and preservation of the enterprise.
