INSOLVENCY LAW IN THE CURRENT FINANCIAL CRISIS

The UIA is proud to present its Zaragoza seminar on “Insolvency Law in the Current Financial Crisis”.
This seminar is organised with the support of the Zaragoza Bar Association.

The programme is available on our website.
All the information regarding the registration will be available in January 2012.

This seminar will be a great opportunity to get to know closely and through the best professionals from America, Europe and Africa the different solutions given in each jurisdiction to the current problems arising from insolvency.
In addition, the major differences between insolvency legislations under Comparative law will be analyzed, including a special reference to UNCITRAL.

The Seminar is a one and a half day event (Friday, the whole day and Saturday morning), and in the best UIA tradition, the participants are offered the opportunity to get together on the evening of the day before (Thursday, March 15) for the welcome cocktail, hosted by the Zaragoza Bar Association

The seminar will be held in English and Spanish, with simultaneous translation.

The seminar will allow participants to establish new valuable contacts as well as to visit and discover Zaragoza.
